Afternoon Tea - What To Expect

Traditional Afternoon Tea is normally served earlier in the day and consists of a delicate menu of foods such as scones, other various pastries and finger foods.

At Emma’s Tea Room, we serve our afternoon tea between the hours of 3:30 and 5:30 and it is by reservation only. We offer a variety of options for your afternoon tea group and these options can be found on our main website.

Afternoon Tea is a great way to slow down and unwind a little bit from every day life. Whether you bring a group of girlfriends, want to conduct a quiet business meeting, or bring the family and enjoy a relaxing afternoon, please allow Emma's Tea room to provide an intimate atmosphere for your group.

Because each item is made fresh for you, a party of four or more is required unless we have another tea scheduled for the same time.

Here is a sampling of what we have to offer for our Afternoon Teas.

On the savory side we offer choices in delectable petite portions of the following (images provided):

• Goat cheese, red onion, and almonds on multi-grain bread
• Chicken salad on croissant
• Cucumber tea sandwich
• Turkey, Swiss, tomato rollup

We also offer a variety of sweets, such as:

• Blueberry lemon jam parfait
• Brownie bites with homemade whipped cream topping
• The ever popular cake pops
• Apricot scone

These are, of course, only a sampling of what we offer for our Afternoon Teas. To see all the options for an Afternoon Tea, please visit our main website.

Please join us for our tea tasting on April 16, from 5:30 – 7:00pm. We will serve a 6-course tea tasting. The food served will also contain tea in some way. This is a pre-paid event and by registration only. [$24.95 per person]
